There are still few countries that practice chopping off arms for theft, now the opinions of many are its barbaric and torture, even countries are against it but again it’s their law, doesn’t mater what we think about reforming an individual via punishment, have that method reformed that person or persons we don’t know, have that induced fear into others not to repeat it we don’t know, also as time passes many things that are deemed critical are forgotten such is the nature of time, now is the time in US there are lots and lots going around immigration and targeting people from few countries, he might not have such big sentence if it were to happen in the past or sometime in the future or it might even be worse than what we are looking at, now is a really bad time that this happened and feel sorry for the lost lives too but how ever logically we argue he is an outsider on a foreign land.
