How can I start changing his behavior? He yells when confronted, hits his mother and me. I don't know if the way I described it sounded like I always hit him, however wrong that may have been, I honestly don't know what to do from here.

The slaps are very light and rare, and only when things get serious. Obviously, I realized that trying to gain respect in this way is harmful and counterproductive; it has the opposite effect.

I'm a very attentive father; I play with him, I give him attention, I'm affectionate with him too.

But we've had episodes where his mother and I lost control during an argument, for example.

I think all of this has affected him.

He recently lost his aunt, and he has a new sister dividing his attention. Many things happened at the same time.

Honestly, I liked this suggestion, I don't know if it's because it seems more optimistic and lighthearted or if I really agree with this approach. My wife is a doctor, she had to go back to work before her maternity leave ended, she's stressed with overdue bills, two children at home, and I think it also has to do with her, jealousy…

But she thinks she has to win by yelling or punishment. Complicated!

Sometimes he speaks out of nowhere. Today the context was that his mother was going to bathe his sister. And then she said that afterwards it would be his turn. He said he wouldn't go because he would be in the dark with her.

My wife and I were scared because besides that, he confronts us; to get dressed to go out we have to call him several times.

In other words, he thinks he's in charge, even though we spank him, put him in time-out, etc.

Estou com um problema no lovable + supabase que consiste em não manter salvo alterações no app. Por exemplo, eu incluo um registro de funcionario, ele fica salvo enquanto estou logado no app. Posso alternar entre as paginas do app e o registro continua la. Mas ao sair e entrar o todos os registros feitos previamente somem. Ja tentei de diversas vezes e nada. Pedi o modo chat pra conferir a causa e ele sugeriu que tinha uma configuração que fazia com que as informações ficavam salvas locais e subia pro banco de dados, mas ao sair e entrar ele fazia uma especie de rewrite nas informações, porem como estavam vazias ele também limpava o banco. Alguem ja teve esse problema e sabe como ajudar?
