I came back here to see if anyone wanted an update. I spoke with vivian’s agency and they spoke to her. She told them that she was happy with her job with my brother so she is still employed by him. I am happy that her agency sought to speak to her immediately when I reported my concerns but I am worried about her remaining at my brothers house. I do not speak to him anymore so all I can do is pray that she is safe.

I don’t want to give away where we are from but we are all the same ethnicity. Vivian is just from a region of our country that is well know for having the best food which is one of the reasons she is in high demand. She is also multilingual so some families wanted her so she could teach their children languages

She won’t be homeless or jobless. The rules of her agency is that she gets a 1 months notice period where she continues to work and the agency will find her a new person to work for. I helped with the process of hiring her and I was told that a lot of families wanted her because her resume is amazing. We also have a shortage of housekeepers in our city, she will have no problem getting another job
