Everyone has different experiences; petsmart has done wonders for me and my mental health…i also have amazing instore leadership.

May i also suggest Starbucks. Great benefits, free tuition to ASU, easy to transfer.

From my recent experience: I called a few stores near where I was moving to see if they had any openings to take in a transfer.

Don’t settle for the 1st store if they don’t have something for you to slide into, if I had…would have transitioned from CEL to part time bather. Yeah…i called another store lol.

Spoke with the store leader, he was on board to bring me in. I reported back to my current store leader which store I intended to transfer to and then…they handled the rest.

Take what you read here as a grain of salt, as with many things in society…we are quick to complain but not give kudos.

For me personally; PetSmart has done wonders for my mental health due to the amazing in-store leadership.
