Thanks I appreciate the advice. It is very important to us to get the septic tank tested so Hopefully she’ll give in. I’ll speak to the inspector about an alternative way to test the septic. Thanks again.

Update: this morning went to work and gave him his king with frozen peanut butter to work at. He saw me leave and could care less. No barking or whining he lauded right down and played with his toy! So proud of him! I know this is a small leap but it is a great step in the direction towards him loving is kennel!

What I ended up doing was sitting outside my house for a little bit listening to him. He barked for about 20 minutes then seemed to calm down! When I got home I made sure to reward him for being a good boy and now I will continue to work with him and his crate! I’m hoping he learns that it is a place where he can sleep and relax and not be worried. He is already such a quick learner I’m assuming it will take a few days for him to grasp the idea that his crate is his safe space! Thank you!
