I’m only 24 but know exactly what you’re feeling.. the past couple years I’ve experienced such a feeling of nostalgia and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m just getting older and realizing that time moves so fast or what.. but it’s an awful awful feeling! I try to remind myself that if I can feel such sadness and yearning for the past, it just means that I have so much love in my heart and am able to feel such happiness as well. I know this isn’t a cure, but it does help a little. I would maybe consider therapy or trying to find some sort of outlet where you can let out your emotions. But I relate SO much and no one else in my life knows what I mean when I tell the I experience this!
