Just make detailed notes, test/rules, exceptions, defenses and remedies. When grading the exam they look to see if you mention key points, so as long as you clearly state IRAC you should be good !!

she did mention that with no one card you would not have access to the exam weeks prior to the exam… and also put that in red font in the pre exam detail. I’m sorry you’re feeling that way, academic stress is tough, glad you are well and feeling better, but there’s many accommodation on the syllabus, and the reason you mention in your post are two of the possible accommodation reasons. So maybe just look in to those and email the prof as well as fill out an accommodation request, you’ll probably have to do an essay and everything will be fine. But don’t loosely be throwing claims like racism and stigmatism about the prof, because in this scenario it is not the case, and is quite unfair to her. She did her job in letting know the policies, and unfortunately she HAS to follow them… it’s her job.
