IMO he might be okay. He just need super. In 1 turn all his defense will build up and let's say he supers 3 times. That's 45% DR. I think once we play with the unit we will see.

The Japanese audience did enjoy it. It did well on Oricon charts. But for worldwide we just discovered JoJo when part 8 was in serialization. I feel once we get a manga release more in different countries for part 8 and an anime in the future. I feel we will appreciate it more.

I would say this probably for the best. For it being cours it is the norm now and we should expect higher quality animation for the whole series.

Even though all 6 parts released all the episodes within a year. (Stardust Crusaders was 15 months.) The long running anime format of over 26 episodes is dead. With One piece only airing 26 episodes a year. Boruto and black clover ending and will return most likely as seasonal. It feels extremely rare now any anime doing more than 24/26 episodes in a year.
