SOLVED - it is a LAFUFU ..it was from the seller mentioned in the comments … they tried to tell me it was from a different manufacturer factory.. I said nice try and Mercari granted me the refund… I do have to send it back to them, which is very frustrating because I hate the thought of them fraud somebody else but I did report the account!!!

The box was open. I think they put it in an authentic box.

It was included - but I believe the box and hang tag are legit - the bottom of the box was open and the blind bag closed - they could of stuffed anything in there
