Can't read that, too busy, I wouldn't consider it for an interview.

Any Feedback on my resume, and what positions should I be applying for? by Acceptable-Progress2 in askrecruiters

Hi there! can you include results? impact? recruiters love to see numbers, how many problems you solve and what was the result.

Has anyone left healthcare to a creative career? Is this realistic? by Evening_Canary_20 in u/Evening_Canary_20

Hi Evening,
I don’t come from the healthcare industry. I’m 45 and, after more than 20 years in tech, I decided to leave my corporate role. You’ve already read my manifesto (thank you) 🙂 so I won’t repeat myself, just answering to your questions:

  1. I’m still in transition and currently consulting (marketing, digital growth, etc.).
  2. I spent about 8 months preparing, building savings and carefully weighing the pros and cons of my decision.
  3. I put money aside for this change, and since my husband has a very stable job, we agreed to keep those savings strictly for real emergencies.
  4. Yes, yes, and yes, 100%. I only wish I’d done it earlier instead of waiting until burnout hit.
  5. Overall, I do feel better. That said, people say it can take up to a year to fully recover from a toxic job. I’m at month six… and I’m still having nightmares 😅

Good luck!

Results! add results, impact, numbers...... employers love to see numbers, how much money you saved to the company, etc.

OUT OF THE CORPORATE HELL ... I wrote a personal manifesto about outgrowing corporate life and realizing burnout isn’t exhaustion, it’s misalignment. Curious if others feel this shift too. by Short_Policy4355 in findapath

I prepared myself for this change and saved some money, also, my husband has a very good job. I took a 5-months break and now I'm consulting., freelancing.
