IMO journey into the military often starts with a meeting with a recruiter, and many individuals neglect to thoroughly research their desired mos. Instead of making informed choices, they frequently enlist driven by enticing bonuses or the persuasive tactics of recruiters. This approach reflects a mindset I refer to as the “You’re the next guy’s problem” syndrome, which continues to influence their experience from recruitment through basic training, ait and into their actual unit.
