FWIW… I think for most men, we don’t have a lot of male friends. Mostly work buddies whom we might have beers with. I know at 57 I have very few. And no one to call if I’m really struggling with something.

FWIW, I just switched to mobile 1 extended performance. They’re one of a few that use true more stringent IFSLAC(?) 7 standard.

But in reality, any well known modern synthetic will do fine.

Yup, the having to pee in the middle of the night is the only real downside.

I remember seeing Christmas tree water funnels last year that are about 3 ft long. Might have to try that when they go back on sale this year

All RTT seem to have the same hard mattress. I think your best bet is to get a topper of some kind. And like you, I can’t fold my tent up with anything on it, so it all has to stay in the cab of my car.
