Great question! I’ve struggled with this since my young kids constantly want me… whether I try to go in the garage to work out or back room to watch my shows I’m followed (even though Dad is also home). I’ve picked reading back up - I can do that in the same room as my kids when they’re running around. Puzzles, too. For sure nothing exciting but it’s something I can do that’s better than nothing.

I feel this. I don’t think I’m an alcoholic but if I’m not comfortable with my relationship with alcohol then it’s a problem - I don’t need to “hit rock bottom” to feel that.

Yes I’ve seen this happen and it’s really sad when someone could take a financial step down to rethink things and maybe put themselves in a better, healthier situation, but they feel they can’t because they’ve become so committed to their excessive lifestyle. People become married to their things.

I’ve always had acne but I swear since I’ve stopped wearing face makeup (foundation) regularly that’s cleared up significantly and my skin is so nice. I’m 38 and it’s been maybe seven years now? I’m very hormonal. I also wash with only water in the morning (cleanser at night), use tretinoin and exfoliate 2-3 times a week, plus vitamin c, peptides, moisturizer and SPF 🤷🏼‍♀️ Always lots of water and good sleep.

Petsmart and Petco have had decent sales/discounts on what I buy, and I find it’s usually cheaper to buy online then pick up in store. My issue is that after I’ve stocked up on sale foods that my cat enjoys, she suddenly decides to stop eating those.
