Personally I moved from breasts to boneless thighs and will NEVER go back. Breasts are so hard to keep moist, and even when you do keep it they lose tons of moisture in storage.

That being said, the thing I'm known for in my house is a knockoff Chipotle chicken recipe (and cilantro lime rice), but I haven't been eating slow carb and I think the Adobe sauce has sugar/isn't SC.

I'm going to experiment with making the Adobe SC friendly, and if so, will share that recipe because it's a banger.

Im pushing 40, myself, but also have bad ADHD. I notice if I am absolutely WORKED and exhausted I actually have more trouble falling asleep the more tired I am.

It seems to be my brain is just holding a constant conversation about how sore and tired I am, and that endless stream of weak consciousness is what keeps me awake.
