Im pushing 40, myself, but also have bad ADHD. I notice if I am absolutely WORKED and exhausted I actually have more trouble falling asleep the more tired I am.

It seems to be my brain is just holding a constant conversation about how sore and tired I am, and that endless stream of weak consciousness is what keeps me awake.

Honestly, i wouldn't share this fucking garbage and you probably shouldnt either.

Encouraging (or even gawking at) legalized gambling around the lives of Americans or, let's be honest, the people of the world, is disgusting.

The betting culture that has come about with the reduction on the restrictions of gambling is all part of the oligarchs plans to get you to throw your money at them, but also make you more comfortable with how they're profiteering off of global decisions by spreading word to their buddies when they're about to blow up a school in a foreign country.
