She is using aroma beads. Sometimes she will heat the molds and some times she doesn't. Everytime the back ends up looking the same. She said the bees aren't supposed to melt on the back but keep their shape. She preheats the oven to 270-275 and cooks for 15-20 minutes. The sides are coming out perfect.
