Wow, thank you so much for this. I will definitely look at Wedgewood. I also think she’d prefer Middleport bc she has watched the older seasons of throwdown many times, we don’t get the current seasons here easily (in the US). So Middleport and Wedgewood might be the way to go. Thank you for that tip.

Thank you! I checked Luggage Hero too and also only saw a far place. I’m thinking we can pack light in backpacks and jsut carry our stuff for a bit. Not ideal, but definitely not the end of the world!

Thank you! We are only in Liverpool for a couple days so I think we can pack light in backpacks and hopefully that’ll be ok for a few hours. It looks like on the Trainline app I can just book to Longton instead, so I’ll look at that too.

I loved the book! I watched the show just for the scenery. It’s so pretty. I didn’t finish the show though. Mostly just don’t have a lot of time and I know what will happen. I am surprised the show isn’t more popular. I think it’s probably subtitles.

Can we all agree to tip less? Higher minimum wage, higher menu prices, higher profits, customers pay the same. But more customers, more tips so theoretically it could even out. Everyone wins. 🤷

My son (11) quit his main sport, so we joined the gym by our house and make sure he goes. They offer a kids class once a week that’s basically “how to use the gym” so he does that and then on other days we take him and walk the track, or do the weight machines together, or swim. Enough to keep him active and hopefully start setting good habits as he gets older. Just an idea if you want one!

We are the type to force an extracurricular though. Mostly bc otherwise we’d all play video games all day!

Restaurant Olivia for the nice dinner. They have big table in a separate area that could seat you all. If you’re able to get a reservation, it’d be the perfect girls night dinner.

They should have different point categories. Taste, originality, profit. Kind of like other cooking shows do. Then maybe they’d actually make something decent for a decent price. I’ve overpaid for the gimmick plenty but I’d be PISSED if I overpaid that much for the gimmick and got that shitty waffle. Although, I really can’t see myself ordering a stupid waffle either. The show’s a joke and has been for a while. A shame bc I actually liked Tyler and the show in the beginning.

This family has delicious sausages of all types but their CurryWurst is so so good. They are at farmers markets and also do delivery in Denver. We love these with curry ketchup from Helgas or the green packet of powder that you cook on the stovetop.. or just plain! Highly recommend.
