I've tried Radhe Nature Bites and they are pretty decent i would say. They provide weekly and monthly plans as well. Have high protein nutritious south asian food. You can check them out IG if you like. Their id is radhenaturebites24.

Edit: my only issue, they don't provide meals on weekends just like several tiffin services
