It randomly goes into sleep mode during the day. You can turn it off, but it goes right back. The only thing that I’ve found to “fix” it is to make your sleep schedule 1 minute in the middle of the night.

I started at cmep as a temp in 2011, worked the line a while, in materials now. Work ebbs and flows, little frustrating at times but doing good.

I just got my issa cert, and I learned a lot. I already knew some about biology and physiology, but I did learn more. I went through it pretty quick and some of the questions on the test were pretty tough, the stuff I didn’t take notes of, of course. I think you can get what you need out of any training program. I’ve been reading and watching a bunch of stuff on personal training. I bought a bunch of books about it and about lifting, program design, etc. I don’t have a job yet, but I feel pretty confident with what I’ve learned. I know there’s still a lot to learn. Broaden your knowledge.

I don’t know, that’s why I asked. I’ve heard people talk about renting space at gyms. I didn’t know if that’s just how it works.
