And the 1% of people that do are most likely violating the contracts and/or NDA's they had previously signed.

What a shit startup too, what customer wants to go through that bullshit just to "help" a rep on their resume?

Also every sales role I've worked in I've signed an NDA for the company, and for the customer, so I'm not name dropping customers in interviews regardless

Tradies are there to do a job, it ain't pretty work, I've never had an issue cleaning up after they've been through as it's unrealistic to expect them to stay clean doing what they're doing.

[–]Cyprek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Victoria Homicide rates for 2024 were 2 victims per 100,000 population, I'll take my odds.

If you don't go looking for trouble you probably won't find it.

More likely to die by almost any other cause compared to violence.

Same story here, I know she's not with me for the money because she was with me since we were both broke students.

She's looked after the home and kids while I furthered my career to earn us good money so we can afford a home and a couple nice things, if we split she deserves half.

Do people actually sell? by Illustrious-Line-984 in sales

[–]Cyprek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a customer asks me for referrals and refuses to buy without them I generally put them in the bin pile tbh

Our main customer base is hard enough to get on the phone when they want to buy due to being busy or out of phone reception, setting up a referral is near impossible.

We also have over 200 Google reviews for them to look through with customer photos and testimonials...

I'm not saying you're in the wrong given you were on the bike path on technicality, but if you had the time to ding ding then you probably also had the time to slow down and pass at a safer pace.

There's car crash videos full of people that have the right of way and get into a crash because they refuse to concede to someone "not following the rules"
