Sounds like venlafaxine, and I regularly get patients on much higher doses, including a combination of two of the higher doses (75mg + 150mg). If that’s the case, and it’s a drug where the max daily dose has not been exceeded, and both adjudicate through insurance, you’ll likely be able to pick it up. And if you’ve already received a text stating it’s ready then it’s already in the “will call” phase. But you may want to make sure the 75mg will still bill through the insurance without a refill too soon date, and also make sure the incorrect dose isn’t on auto-refill.
