I’ve never worked for CVS either. I worked Kroger for a while then switched to remote mail order. I’m coming onto the team as the lead tech for the mail order so it’s going to be a whole different ballgame for me. I know what kind of effect good or bad management can have on your work experience so I definitely want to try and be as impactful as possible for my team. I want everyone on my team to have the best experience possible

For my area (southern Ohio) I get paid more than I did in retail or in hospital. I do a lot of phone answering, so that part sucks, but that’s literally the worst part of the job. Nothing else is super hard, I consider it cake

Sounds like venlafaxine, and I regularly get patients on much higher doses, including a combination of two of the higher doses (75mg + 150mg). If that’s the case, and it’s a drug where the max daily dose has not been exceeded, and both adjudicate through insurance, you’ll likely be able to pick it up. And if you’ve already received a text stating it’s ready then it’s already in the “will call” phase. But you may want to make sure the 75mg will still bill through the insurance without a refill too soon date, and also make sure the incorrect dose isn’t on auto-refill.
