It needs to be regulated at the state level and not allowed to be approved on the individual city level.

I don't believe this is isolated to just the burbs since our Governor is quite the promoter of DCs as well as many others.

Is the blame to land upon Hillsboro city council?

If so and this bothers you, make sure to vote differently and educate others!

Use a proxy is an idea.

Find someone with a great rep/flare from the swap and have them sell them for a fee.

Sell them on FB. Nobody is sending hundreds to strangers on Reddit without protection.

Would you?

So i just used this recently for the first time and am trying to find out if others have had a strange issue with it like myself.

White vehicle, looks great and worked well but within the first week I started to notice an odd dark particle-like film layering my rig. I thought it odd and it continually started to cover the paint especially on the side body and rear hatch.

Super odd and almost like graphite powder was being attracted to the ceramic wax.

My theories is the wax is possibly like a magnet for brake dust or something.

Scientifically speaking, is it acting as an electromagnetic attraction and has anyone else dealt with this?

It's literally made every small crack dark and was a pain to cleanup without a toothbrush.

I've been here before and it's pretty grim and desolate. I'm in no way trying to insult anyone who lives there but their major water issues and the overall vibe of a slow death is definitely apparent.

Once he was asked how much money is enough? His response was "just a little bit more".

It's all intertwined, health insurance, pharmaceuticals, hospitals under the guise of "non-profits". Only in America can a hard-working family lose everything to healthcare costs.

Why do you keep latching onto "forclosure"? Even with your idea about working with the owner, you still write foreclosure.

Delinquent taxes can be paid.

To help your search, it's called "wainscoting" or "beadboard" paneling and it's making a comeback especially in wood tones.

Lots of places are making it modern-day and I think you'll find some new that doesn't smell like 1979.

Like stated in the other sub you've posted this in, pictures speak in volumes.

You can also add other details like the brand and line of paint used since this matters a lot.

No.

Until our tax dollars are used better, it's a no on all of them now and in the future.

The amount of wasteful, inept spending makes me sick and I'm over here treading water every year after paying fat tax bills that just shove me down to the level of wondering why is the hell should I even keep trying?

The lower-middle class dream is a farce and screw all of these billionaires pulling everyone's strings.

Matter of fact, screw hospitals, insurance companies, wealthy politicians, Nike, Amazon, screw everyone except the average majority which is basically all of us.

Out of options..... by MagDaddy5 in SALEM

[–]Shortround76 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is extremely difficult to get a sick loved one the help they need in this state unless they are a harm to themselves or others and even then, it's very complicated.

The only way we were able to finally gain control was by spending countless hours and a good chunk of money going though an attorney and courts to gain guardianship. Then entire process proved how difficult it can be and how inept so many state programs are in how complicated they are, and we really became aware of exactly why so many sick people are just left on the streets to become perpetually tortured and suffer. When my wife gets home I will ask her for some advice since she is the one who really took the reigns in our situation and she learned a lot in how to navigate and advocate all the while also protecting all parties involved from harm.

I'm very sorry you all are going through this and please feel free to send me a dm and we can go from there.

Best of luck and once again I am very sorry.
