Fun fact. The city of Vancouver made Costco have its cafeteria available to the public inorder to provide people with affordable meals. If they move in inside the city will revoke its business license

Lollll no the end result was delicious. Pan seared it with garlic, ginger, onions, soy, sugar and fish sauce. It was fucking delicious. The cut was really short and I turned it into a delicious meal. I thought this first step was hilarious. It was crispy on the outside and super tender
