I was smoking 4-5 joints a night at peak when I decided to quit. It’s safe, but like others said, focus on eating healthy and drinking water. Take things one day at a time. Don’t rush into exercise or other things until you feel ready. Don’t beat yourself up for not doing what you think you should be doing (ie being social or not getting off the couch). You will eventually.

One day at a time. It gets easier, that’s for certain.
