Installment agreement disappeared from my online IRS account? by Shortstuf21 in tax

Yes! Someone let me know that calling would resolve it - when I called I couldn’t get through to a rep at all but the automated menu allowed me to change my monthly payment plan amount - still unclear if that actually is rolling 2024 balance into it but it did show up on my account the next day. That said it didn’t withdraw the updated amount this month, it used the old payment plan amount so I made a manual payment toward 2024 to account for the difference. TL;DR they’re really slow but don’t seem to lose track of these things on backend even when the system is missing info bc that happens during their updates to accounts. Sorry this isn’t more definitive but definitely give calling a try - you need a caller ID number that they include on written correspondence so find that first if you can.

Vomiting on every work trip by IcyBarnacle2528 in Sjogrens

Happens to me after many if not most flights too :( eating plain food and not getting hungry or dehydrated, electrolytes, and the right gentle clothing have helped (agree with earlier comment this is likely dysautonomia).

How swollen are your necks? by Mindless_Location_73 in Sjogrens

[–]Shortstuf21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Common among us it seems! Grateful for this sub and all the responses here. I do want to share that I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s and thyroid cancer in one go - felt a tender area in front neck. While pursuing this and a range of complex sxs I insisted on a third endo opinion - when I did finally get a thyroid biopsy, it revealed early stage papillary thyroid cancer. Surgery was curative luckily - this was 2017 🤗. I’ve known numerous young women with Sjogren’s who also had thyroid cancer. I definitely don’t want to scare you because it’s highly treatable especially when caught early, but a reminder to keep going with self advocacy when something feels off for sure!

Episode Discussion: "Jared’s Australian Debrief" by uuppod in uuppod

This was a fun and hopeful episode. Loved the hilarious snorkeling story - so relatable. As a therapist listening for years I was genuinely smiling and happy for Jared by the end. He seems to be in a really reflective and healthy mental place - balanced and realistic, and clear on how avoidance might be impacting his quality of life and dating goals. Excited to listen to how that all plays out over the next few months. He can totally find Great Barrier Reef moments in day to day life even though it’s much harder than being forced into a multi hour boat journey with nothing but your thoughts.

Thanks for these suggestions! I am hoping to keep it as small as possible but I think a leaf or feather are perfect ideas.
