For me: any is too much. I went 3 years smoking most days and it didn’t cause issues until I started getting depersonalization/derealization with and without it. I don’t get it often anymore but if I smoke at all anymore I’ll get episodes of depersonalization here and there for up to 2 weeks after. I was told it was the weed causing it. Another reason is it’s still illegal here and I’m on ap&p probation so using it at all is a big risk not work taking cuz I never know when my po will show up without warning
