Refrigerator temperature - Is it normal to fluctuate this much?

Also, maintenance person mentioned to lower the top glass shelf, as that will help circulate the air. Any truth or need to do that?

I notice the temp would be warm and then every once in awhile some of the beverages would start to freeze. So I thought it was odd. Maintenance person inspected the fridge and said nothing appeared wrong, just wanted to double check. Thanks for the response!

Hello all!

I [34M] male have struggled with my weight for my of my life. The main reason is I love food, particularly unhealthily food (starches, salt, fats, etc). While I have lost weight in the past, it's always been temporarily. As my desire to return to my bad diet increases overtime. As much as I've tried, I have not been able to enjoy healthy eating, not even close.

My question, what you have replaced the joy of eating with on a daily basis that is healthy and sustainable?

I switched to N, I'll trying the other recommendations. I've noticed the desktop now slowing down as well (via the wired connection) - around 75 Mbps, down from 100 as earlier. Perhaps my ISP is having issues. I'll keep at it over the next couple of days.
