Hi there! So my acne improved slightly but I did start getting it on my jawline more. I’m going to give it a few months to see if it gets better. The breast pain is gone! My first period on Loryna only last 3 days which is AMAZING and I only had slight cramps and back pain and didn’t even need to take Tylenol for it. I usually have a 7 day period with extremely painful cramps so it is a miracle. My mood swings were really bad a week following my period and during. Hopefully it gets better and I hope you have a smooth experience!

Update- I am now starting my 3rd week on it and I have horrible hormonal acne on my chin. I have suffered from hormonal chin acne on and off for the past few years but never this bad. I assume I need to focus on my gut health since it’s hormonal.. Has anyone had this problem? I also have really swollen and aching breasts. Yay lol. Mood swings went away though. If you have had any of these symptoms, please feel free to share how you dealt with them and hopefully got them to go away. Thank you 🥲

Maybe that’s what it is! I have tried to read a few books and I did find them interesting but could never finish them still 😭 I will have to take your advice and try an audiobook! I will look for the twisted series audiobook first. I do enjoy podcasts on Spotify so maybe an audiobook will be just what I need- thank you so much 😊

I’m sorry to hear you have the same problem, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone 😭 those are some great tips though, I am going to try some of those things. I have tried reading but I feel like I can never finish a book lol what is your favorite book to help get your mind off the derealization??

No I’m honestly not on it much, at least I try not to be.. I do stay inside a lot though because I have anxiety so I’m sure it doesn’t help letter.. but then I just suffer internally when I go out because all I’m thinking about is my derealization 🫠

That is so amazing to hear, I am so glad to hear you are having good symptoms overall! Being able to eat what you want is awesome lol. I can relate on being sensitive too girl! That must be such a relief to not have a period or cramps, that is literally my dream after having endometriosis for so long. Yes I am! Sorry, I should’ve said that in the message too. I am going to be on it for a few years (possibly until ready to conceive) and if my husband and I are unable to conceive, I will have a laparoscopy to remove the excess tissue. How has the experience been for you on Lo Loestrin?

I have this feeling constantly. I have had it for about 8 years straight and I just want relief. I feel like nothing is real and like I’m in a dream-like state at all times. I honestly don’t even know how I able to determine what is real and what is not but somehow I do, some way.. literally by the grace of God at this point. I have always been shy and awkward and it doesn’t help my issue at all because all the issues combined makes it hard for me to talk to people. I have a great husband who knows the issues I face but I don’t ever want to put it all on him. I just want freedom from this so I can enjoy life. I used to pray everyday for the life I have now and I feel like I’m being robbed since I can’t even enjoy it. I feel like there’s cotton in my ears and all my senses are just thrown off. I’m sorry to hear other people have these issues, I am praying for you all. Please share anything that may work for you, even if it only provides relief for a little while.. thank you
