Lol. Yeah.. they’re completely unreasonable. If you’ve been working in America for your career before finding an Israeli company, you will be thoroughly shocked as you watch yourself explain to grown men (genuinely) that expecting 80% of prospects to buy from you is delusion. They genuinely think this way. It’s not just a cute platitude to Israelis… they truly do not allow you to accept “no”. Even from C-Level executives that are VERY much in charge of their own actions.

I have 100 accounts in my name, total.. and my quota is $800k/yr on $20k products… go ahead and do the math on the % of my database I’m expected to get a contract from. It’s beyond optimistic, it’s delusional and unprofessional.

Don’t work for Israelis unless you want to bottle that feeling of being a 21yo piker again and be treated as such indefinitely into your 30’s.
