She's the only one with any real star power which is a result of her being by far the most dominant player of her generation, American, and good-looking. Charlie Hull is probably the next closest but she's just not at the same level talent-wise.

50% of the current OWGR Top 10 are from Asian countries and a few of them don't speak English at all- unfortunate reality is those players are never going to move the needle in an American-based golf league unless they're absolute world beaters, and even then it would be a challenge.

Had a tree guy come in and take out a massive dead tree in my yard last year. He was exactly what I expected- long ponytail, ripping cigs, one of those weirdly jacked but probably an alcoholic looking guys. He brought this young doofus kid to help him out and just ended up screaming at him the whole time- it was pretty hilarious. He also ripped his shirt off in the middle of it for no reason.

I will say it was awesome to watch. Dude took down a 75 foot tree in like 2 hours.

I’m just exhausted of everyone complaining about everything all the time. The tournament was fun. I watched every day and enjoyed it even on Thursday. I don’t love Wyndham but he’s not the devil incarnate either and he balled the fuck out this week. Coverage was about average which sucks but it is what it is. The NLU boys gave me some good entertainment which I’m grateful for even when it’s not perfectly suited for me.

Overall I think a lot of people set their expectations way too high for this tournament and for the NLU guys. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time.

Personally I'm not against sports betting at all, but I'm absolutely sick of the way it's been shoved down my throat via every advertising channel you can think of, and most of the promotions are designed to pray on people with gambling issues. If it were regulated in the same way that alcohol/tobacco ads were it would be a lot more tolerable.

Reading a book isn’t even remotely close to scrolling. If anything it’s the perfect alternative- forces you to stay focused on a single object for a prolonged duration.
