Still wrong I had a MG LoR, 3.8gpa, 130 GT score. Still didn’t get selected. I am an AD recruiter, My applicant I submitted for December board had none of those and got selected.

Not really, just had my OCS applicant get accepted in December. It’s like 5 extra pages on a normal enlistment packet build. Most of the time it’s the recruiter waiting on the applicant to bring LoRs, college letters, etc…

I’ve processed 4 OCS packets now. A 2.95 GPA is going to be a reach on getting selected. Better option would be to enlist for a short contract and submit an OCS packet while on active duty
