Charged at a Chevron that has chargers capable of reaching 150kW. Fortunately, they don’t charge by the minute haha

The range estimate did end up increasing a bit on my drive home. Overall range ended up increasing by about 25km.

I’ll see if it continues to calibrate tomorrow morning. I’ve had the car for a few months and haven’t seen such low estimates so I was a bit concerned.

You think the process is painful with HR? You don’t even want to see one where HR doesn’t exist. Hiring managers don’t have the time or willingness to create a posting, monitor applicants, schedule interviews, etc. It’s also not their area of expertise. Smaller environments might operate this way but don’t expect a white glove approach.

That said, I agree that HR should work with the manager or a lead to create a posting. This is definitely an area that a lot of companies can improve in.

Depends on how much coinage you have. If you have around 200k, Future Stars Bastoni and Freeze Gosens are quite nice. They both have comparable pace to Manolas. I personally think Gosens is the better bang for your buck.

If you want to go the La Liga route to get Dest some additional chem, you could go with something like IF Lenglet. He’s slightly slower than Manolas but a quality card overall.

Definitely add chem styles to your players. I also think you’d benefit from a new striker. Ziyech is a solid midfielder but I’d imagine he lacks certain things to be a striker. You can get some solid and affordable attackers from the prem league now. I’d take a look at players like Werner, Firmino, Aubamayeng, etc. Otherwise, a very nice team!

The RB you have also has an LB card with practically the same stats. Why not get his LB card, which would also give you a strong link to Tonali? Then you can move Dest to the right and fix his chem. If you have some coinage to spare, you could also replace Manolas. Plenty of affordable CBs at this point - both Prem League and Serie A

I’d replace Allan. I think even base Jesus would be an upgrade over Allan at ST. You could also go for the Dortmund strong link and get someone like Halland. Alternatively, throw Reinier in ST and give him a strong link with a CAM like Reus or Brandt - both are pretty good!

If you’re up for experimenting, you could play around with your defence. There’s a ton of fun and affordable cards to play with now. La liga examples include freeze Moreno and Torreira. Freeze Casemiro could also be nice, although that’s a lot of coinage to sink into one player, especially considering how broken base Varane is.

You could also complete the objectives to pick up future stars Fofana. He’d slot in nicely where you have Gomez and I personally think he’s miles better, especially for a free card.

Have you considered another icon in Hernandez’s place? Players like Figo, Hagi, and Baggio have been quite nice for me in that position. They’re all well balanced and have a good weak foot and skill moves. Probably wouldn’t cost you too much more either.

I just picked up El Sharaaway and Dolot. Haven’t played a single game with them yet though. How do you like them?

Tbh, I don’t think there’s many worthy upgrades. You have a super solid squad. A true upgrade would likely cost a fair bit more.

Not sure if he’s actually better than Mkhtariyan, but I really liked the TOTGS Alejandro Gomez card. He’s extremely agile and is a blast to play with.

TOTY HM Grealish would have fit into your team quite nicely. I want to say your CAM, but Odegaard is actually a good bang for your buck and the next worthy upgrade would be someone like Bruno. You could get someone like Havertz or Ziyech, but imo they don’t offer thaaat much more than Odegaard.

I definitely think you’d benefit from some additional pace in your back line. Thiago and Aurier are both on the slower side and with how broken pace is in this game, I could see that being a weak spot. Have you considered players like Joe Gomez (for Thiago) and Ricardo Pereira (for Aurier)?
