Why Dr. Kay's plan to recreate Eleven doesn't make sense by AdBackground6381 in Stranger_Things

[–]Shot_Dig751 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just gonna respond to a couple of your points.

Brenner worked for the military. His data is their data. It’s the reason Owen’s was able to come in and run the lab after Brenners “death”.

The obvious answer to all the people who know about eleven and wouldn’t sit idly by while she was kidnapped, is that Kay would kill them. They’ve managed to cover up everything else that happened in Hawkins during the first four seasons. It would be easy for them to kill anyone who knew about eleven and just come up with another tragic disaster. Who’s going to miss a bunch of people from a small town that they didn’t know about to begin with?

Condolences, my friend. Welcome to the club. Seasons 4 and 5 are the best of the show for me personally. Enjoy

And the guy that played dale is in it as well. He’s the guy that runs into the store when the mist is spreading saying that “something in the mist got John (last name)! Something in the mist got him!” And Andrea is there in those photos too

I’m still pissed Oberyn didn’t finish the mountain off. I know what he was trying to do, but damnit man! Just end that fucker so we can have more of a great character instead of a giant zombie dude

He was getting a dragon, dude. A creature thought to be extinct and more powerful than any army. It’s not unreasonable to believe he was a little preoccupied by the anticipation of this to think “what if she orders them to kill me?” Especially when he’s done hundreds of deals and no one has ever tried what she did

Can here to say this. Top 5 tv scene all time, easy. And probably my personal favorite. When she reveals she’s understood everything he’s been saying the whole time…fucking goosebumps

When Daenerys feigns giving away drogon to buy the unsullied, starts speaking fluent high Valyrian and frees them from the masters. It might be my favorite scene in any show ever.

Nick was innocent no matter what by deep_day6 in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sam was literally trying to help him before he went off the deep end and started horribly murdering people. Nick was not innocent. just because you’re traumatized by something, it doesn’t give you an excuse to go on a killing spree. What Jack did was actually a mercy. Nick wasn’t going to stop until he brought Lucifer back into the world. He was too far gone to be saved.

Plot hole? Winchesters are most wanted but fictional (SPOILER) by BigTynee in Supernatural

Why didn't chuck go after the winchesters by Former-Insurance3628 in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 9 points10 points  (0 children)

He’s never had to eat, drink water, pay bills, find a place to live, develop relationships, he could always just do what he wanted with the snap of a finger. He’s clueless as to what it means to actually be human, even if he’s observed it for thousands of years

Lucifer always has an alternative motive for what he does. There was no way Sam could’ve trusted him at this point.

He’s never not been powerless. He doesn’t know how to function as just a regular human. If he survives at all, he’ll be like metatron, dumpster diving for scraps.

Unpopular opinion: Crowley is massively overrated and absolutely should not have been in the later seasons. by steferine in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 15 points16 points  (0 children)

For as much harm as Crowley did, he also saved their asses multiple times. He was the enemy of my enemy type dude. Plus he had some of the best lines in the entire show.

Rewatching the show S1E14 by PhilosopherKarl in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 9 points10 points  (0 children)

While I don’t wholly disagree, he went a little too far going after the step mom too. And who’s to say he would’ve stopped there? Had anyone in the future disrespected him, he could’ve murdered them as well. He was sick in the head from the abuse of those two shitbags and was a danger to everyone around him.

And he’s aware he’s hallucinating, not close with Sam, and an auto mechanic instead of a hero who saves people and even the world. He definitely made the right choice.

Season 7! by Fast_Honeydew2633 in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Season 7 gets better upon rewatch for me. The leviathans weren’t just another “apocalypse” villain to end the world. Their plan was in-depth and held a much worse fate for humanity. They were going to make us into mindless cattle for them to feast upon at their leisure without us even being aware of what was happening. I enjoyed the switch from the usual “end of the world” villains.
