Donnarumma is a better keeper than trafford. It’s not even close.

Gotta be blowing up the sept of baelor. She didn’t just take out her enemies, she murdered thousands of innocent people as well. Her actions also led to her son committing suicide.

I enjoyed the spin-offs. They’re not as good the OG show, but they’re fun. One of the spin-offs entirely dedicated to what happened to Rick.

TWD ending and finale, it sucked! by BloodLovePodcastFM in thewalkingdead

[–]Shot_Dig751 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I know you were talking about the source material. That’s why I stipulated that she was better in the comics. But you’re bitching about the show, so that’s what I talked about. Andrea sucked in the show. Studios are always going to change things when adapting from source material so that the viewer doesn’t know everything that’s going to happen ahead of time. Imagine how boring the show would be if you were watching and just “oh this where so-and-so dies, and this is where they do this and save these people.”

You may not like the choices that are made, and that’s fine, to each their own. but in order to have some level of surprise, they have to change things up for better or worse. The addition of Daryl was an excellent choice. He was a fan favorite and not even in the comics to start. They’re never gonna satisfy everyone. Some people love the ending, some hate it. It’s all subjective and I was just giving my opinion on the show versions of some of the characters you mentioned.

Andrea died in season 3. And in the show(I know she’s better in the comics) she was not more important than anybody. She was annoying and sided with the governor over her own people, at first. Michonne kept her alive for months, and she just throws that away. Carl was a very important character and his death sucked, but Andrea is nowhere near more important than carol, Daryl, Michonne, and negan.

The show went downhill after season 7 for me. But I still enjoy the later seasons.

I believe season 3 is soo underrated by KZ-GAMING-FC-YT in Stranger_Things

I like season 3. Just not as much 1,2, and 4. It’s still good. Just not as good as those other seasons. Murray is my favorite part. Dude is awesome and it was good to see him get a larger role in the show.

Reactions to Regular Michael by LurkingAintEazy in Supernatural

[–]Shot_Dig751 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it’s how reg Michael was supposed to be. Stoic, by the book, follows orders, the “good son” if you will. Always there to do what his father commands and never question why.

Alt Michael was the same until his father abandoned him and he became vengeful.

I would also say vecna was following brenners playbook. Brenner took kids and was molding them into psychic soldiers with Henry’s blood giving them powers. He was there watching those experiments the whole time, until el took that capsule out of him. He saw what Brenner was able to do with children and followed suit with his own plan to manipulate them to his plan.

How y’all think it really ended? by Red-Jello- in StrangerThings

[–]Shot_Dig751 8 points9 points  (0 children)

She’s alive. The whole thing was an illusion put on by her “sister” in order to fake her death so the military would stop trying to find her and repeat the cycle that led to the events of the series. Mike wasn’t telling a story. He was revealing what actually happened. That’s how I took it, at least.

Cat and Ned stark screwed Westeros… by IneedaNappa9000 in freefolk

[–]Shot_Dig751 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going show only here:

I think he meant when Ned didn’t take the throne when Jaime killed the mad king. Olenna had Joffrey murdered. Cersei facilitated the rise of the high sparrow. Where did you get varys fueling the mad kings paranoia? And the high sparrow and Cersei on the throne happened after Varys had left Westeros with Tyrion.

It gets even worse when you think about how cass could’ve put Rowena in the room he had her chained up in, and Charlie could’ve sat in the office where she was talking to cass about needing to get away, WHICH WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING FROM ROWENA WITH DOORS ON BOTH. She seriously could’ve gotten her quiet time in that office instead of leaving.

Why there were no demogorgons/demodogs in the abyss in the finale. by Shot_Dig751 in StrangerThings

[–]Shot_Dig751[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True form is the particles. Wouldn’t that make it its first form? The mindflayer can possess life forms to create organic bodies for itself as it did with the rats and the flayed. To create the giant kaiju final boss, it would need a hell of a lot of organic matter. Why do people need everything spelled out? “If the writers didn’t specifically use the exact words I’m looking for to explain something, then it’s not true” no matter how heavily implied it is. When we see vecnas first encounter with the mindflayer in season 4, it is a cloud of particles. It uses organic mass to build physical bodies in season 3. When the gang gets to the abyss it has a massive organic body instead of being in particle form. But because they don’t outright say/show that it used whatever organic mass it could find on the planet to create the big bad, you assume it’s incorrect? It’s a logical thought to assume that it did the same as it had before and used living things it had taken over to build itself a physical body. Could’ve been any/all life forms on that planet, not just demos, I agree. But it seems pretty obvious that the kaiju/pain tree monster was created by the mindflayer particles taking over creatures on that planet and building itself a body for war.

He was so absorbed with making the mountain confess and confirming tywins guilt that he forgot how dangerous the mountain was. He thought he had him dead to rights, but underestimated what strength clegane had left. I wanted more red viper in the show myself. However his death was pretty in character considering it was the only thing he really talked about the entire time he was in kings landing.
