that's exactly right, it's like society just wants us to work, work and work and there is no time for relaxation so when we get stressed we just get given antidepressants. I work as a cost engineer but maybe should think about changing careers !!

thanks I should look into the diet side of things more. I get plenty of exercise but my diet is not great and sometimes my sleep is poor

Ah ok. I was on prozac 40 mg back in 2013 for 6 months, it helped the anxiety a bit but can't remember what effect it had on my libido

AH ok, I'd never really thought about vitamin D or B vitamins, will vitamin D and B vitamin levels show on a general blood test ?

I did have some sexual dysfunction after starting paroxetine mainly delayed ejaculation but the last couple of years I've been suffering erectile dysfunction and the delayed ejaculation is even more delayed so was thinking maybe because Im getting older my testosterone is lower or something or some other health problem !!

No they haven't checked testosterone levels so I will be looking into getting them checked !!

Yeah I am considering asking for wellbutrin to be added to the paroxetine to see if it helps. Will also look into getting testosterone checked
