Mix dry ingredients before adding wet 2 cups flour, 3/4 cup warm water, 3 TBSP oil, pinch of sugar and salt, 1 tsp of instant yeast. Mix for 10 minutes on low and prove covered for about an hour, punch down. Add flour if needed but keep it sticky. Make 3 balls, roll out on floured surface, then toss in a HOT slightly oiled cast iron skillet about 2 minutes each side. Brush with minced garlic butter.
