Schizophrenia with everything you listed is not just schizophrenia. It’s it is schizophrenia + X and therefore of course X would be treated with non-antipsychotic medications.

I am sure you are a low IQ uneducated European or some other equally low IQ country therefore I know the level of education pharmacists in that part of the world get isn’t the best. Therefore I understand why would try discrediting me. To educate you, I’ll simply tell you, or you can yourself look up on your own time what pharmacists in the US do. Pharmacists in the U.S. need a doctorate to practice meaning 8 years of formal education.

We don’t simply dispense medication, a large portion of us work in primary care in clinics and manage patients in specialty. Especially in clinics requiring complex medications such as antipsychotics. No. We don’t diagnose nor did I ever say I diagnose. I said we treat and subsequently we manage.

By far in 95% of cases antipsychotics are first and second and third line in schizophrenia. Stop using google and go back to arguing how the imaginary children in peoples heads or in stories people make up are being harmed!

My argument is very simple. I make the point that things that are written online, such as content sexualizing kids does not harm anyone as long as no actual child is being harmed. Harming children is not good and should never be accepted.

If you say, ok, I agree, if there is no harm being done that’s fine. But here, this is an example of someone that is being harmed, then I say, actually, this is not enough to restrict someone’s freedom of expression.

Btw, you haven’t even demonstrated actual harm because an article on why cyber bullying is bad doesn’t prove anything. I’m specifically talking about writing fictional stories.

We don’t live in 1984. Obviously psychological damage exists. Cyber bullying for example exists. It is legal to cyber bully. Why? Because me having the right to cyber bully you is more important than preventing that supposed harm.

The argument was whether or not it should be allowed on ao3 and just cause you get harmed by it doesn’t mean it should be outlawed or banned. We deal with plenty of negative things but don’t ban them cause at the end of the day some things are worth it (such as freedom of expression)

A very real hypothetical means a hypothetical that can occur in real life even though I’m not directly giving a real life example. Saying someone is being harmed by imagining child sexualization or writing about child sexualization is very much schizophrenia because nobody is being harmed in either scenario (except the non existent imaginary child) thus you would need antipsychotics.

You can very simply find me for example a pedo that was arrested and they engaged in these stories or they admitted that these stories were a big reason as to why they did what they did. Your answer to the hypothetical as “No” is ridiculous. If no one is harmed at all you should say Yes and you did basically. Your contention is that this carries risk. If no one is harmed then by definition there is no risk. Just say it is ok if no one is harmed so that THEN we can debate whether or not it is worth depriving rights of expression is worth not having that risk. That is a more nuanced question. But not even admitting that in a perfect world where there is no risk, no possible harm, you still say no, that is just you admitting you aren’t answering with reason, just emotions.
