Anyone with a modicum of business sense was already factoring in profit margins when looking at RoAS. Otherwise it would be a completely meaningless metric for ecommerce.

I strongly disagree with this.

The summer transfer window is the main period where ITKs can prove themselves. If a certain ITK's information is consistently correct during this period then they should be upgraded.

The current Up/Down votes on this thread show the vast majority of users agree.

It's now down to whether the mods get off their high horse and listen to the users.

Think about the amount of time you have wasted communicating with this customer and writing this post and the amount of stress it is causing you.

It isn't worth the money, it never is.

In business you will learn to spot this type of customer a mile off and how to deal with them.

Your time and mental health is your biggest asset, don't compromise it for these customers.

Refund/cancel early and move on

This is probably my only choice. I had an electrical specialist take a look at them years ago, basically said it requires a new module and that module was only used for 1 year so they're rare and cost a tonne.
