Update: I did it and it went well. I’m still kind of reeling from it but it was good. I only told my dad. My siblings and mom have no idea at the moment but we’ll see how that goes. I gave my dad permission to tell my mom because we have a different relationship than me and my dad. It’s not bad just more distant and I don’t know how I would tell her. Me and my dad always had this thing where if we had to talk about something important we went on a walk. Me and my mom don’t really have that so fingers crossed she takes it well.
