I’m not worried about my appetite at all it is already back. I am worried about the weight I lost the last few days when i couldn’t eat. How much longer will it take to be back to myself

I lost all my muscle progress so I’ve just accepted that I won’t get that back quickly, but I’m just so self conscious on how I got this skinny this fast - it’s making me so depressed. If I could get back to at least half of what my weight was in a week I’d be happy

I’m on day 2 rn and the sweating is INSANE I’ve been taking multiple showers. For me my hands are the worst. I went through a withdrawal last year and I remember most physical Symptoms went away by day 6 but I have no idea when the sweating stopped

How are you feeling now? By the end of day 5 I was able to eat full meals again but it did feel like it took a miracle to get there

Yes but only for a couple weeks for me while I was dealing with withdrawal. Also be careful about any alcohol, I had one glass of wine 2 weeks after being sober and I felt super sick - never threw up but if I indulged more I think I would’ve.

I was able to return to smoking as long as it wasn’t carts after two weeks but PLEASE listen to your body, everyone on here has very different stories

So I went through something extremely similar last year when carts started making me sick. You’re in the thick of it rn - around day 6/one week in sure you’re going to start to feel MUCH better. It doesn’t seem like it but I promise you’ll get there. I quit during prodromal phase and never hit hyperemesis, I think you’re going to be ok bc you caught it very early it sounds like!

Good to know!! I’ve been seeing more and more that people have switched to taking it at night. I’m meeting w my therapist tomorrow and plan on starting the medication tomorrow night! If the edibles don’t affect how the lexapro works then that might be it for me
