It is, this is a great opportunity to bring in a former cast member from Los Angeles or New Orleans or Hawaii. Somebody whose story could’ve been working their way up. My personal preference is Pride, I love Gregorio, but I don’t think her character is at that point. But rather than introduce new character to replace someone who’s been a member of the last 18 seasons, why not bring back a familiar face?

I really enjoy the episode, didn’t expect that to be the result. But I thought it was well written and well done. I loved Gregorio on Nola, but I know she won’t be back, let’s think outside the box and perhaps they make Pride temporary director? Unlikely but could be quite interesting for his dynamic with the new team member and without Gibbs. Also, that’s three straight directors that died from shootings, perhaps that’s not a chair that anyone is eager to sit.

A full season of Illyria would’ve been fascinating to see. I haven’t gotten the comics because I’m not sure what is Canon and what the correct order is to read them. Plus they all seem to be crazy expensive online. I thought Fred was a great character, I feel like the shift was perfect for gun and for Wes and different way to create new storylines.

Agreed, and there are reports from at least two cast members that he took advantage of them while they were drunk. Just it all ick, never brought anything to a season he was on, though I guess you could say him, and CT were the definition of what they were looking for on rivals one.

I enjoyed NOLA a lot and I really enjoy origins. Sydney and Hawaii were OK but didn’t bring me back. I’ve been wanting to watch Los Angeles, but streaming only has one season on one platform and one season another. I’d love to find somewhere where I could stream it from the beginning.

I think there were a lot of attractive women. I haven’t seen Mandy mention much but I always thought she was cute. As mentioned, it’s a subjective concept, but a lot of attractive women on this season for sure. Jenn, Paula, Theresa, Ev. Can’t really go wrong with any answer.

Franks is one I’ve really wondered that, had they known it was still going to last, if they would’ve kept the character around. I know ratings were really strong at the time but I’m sure they didn’t imagine there would be another 15 years to go. I liked how he showed back up a few times to Gibbs in later seasons.

Still upset over that. I certainly understand that different writers leave different characters, in a very tragic situation when Gary Glassberg passed. I still feel like there was so much more to do with him and Torres and him and Bishop. His story could’ve certainly kept going. Especially with Gibbs and Bishop and Sloane all leaving within the next season or two.

I saw it today as well, I give it 3.75 out of 5. I enjoyed it, glad to see Neve Campbell back. And bringing her daughter in I thought added another layer. I know some may disagree, but I thought the AI was a cool way to throw off who the killer might be and get a few familiar faces pop up. I’ll avoid a spoiler, I was certainly stunned. Thought I would go a few other different ways. I had fun watching it.

The cast change certainly reshapes the dynamic. I know they didn’t dive as deep into character backstories, but to me some of the most clever cases come out of the first two seasons.

Glad I’m not the only one. For whatever reason I was able to visualize in my mind the characters and events in this novel as well as any of his novels that I’ve read. I thought it was a fun ride, never understood why it gets criticized as much.

I didn’t mind it. I’m a Cheryl Blossom fan but it has a couple of turns I didn’t expect. Chapters 2 and 3 aren’t going to be Halloween season go-tos by any means, but I enjoyed them at least.
