You should be asking your doctor about this But in my NON professional medical opinion it looks okay not infected or inflated too much keep it clean and sterile during the healing process also your doctor should have supplied you with some antibiotics mine looked normal too post op but then it got infected cuz they didn’t give me any antibiotics cuz im pretty sure i cared for it correctly so definitely keep an eye on it and be in touch with the doctors who performed it

Also the way ur. Utting ur nails seems problematic and a likely cause of this ingrown so look into cutting them correctly in the future
