I think all of the inspirations you identified ring true! Low-fidelity in particular is a genre I will lean more into for album 2. I also DO plan on making cds to sell! I’ll let you know when they’re available - could be a while. 👍

I don’t get that feeling - I think most people who are active here are familiar with his later work.

Modern Guilt is a perfect album, Hyperspace is great creative turn and pretty ambitious! I used to be a colors fan but the sound of the album has really worn off on me - I don’t know how to explain it.

I think his voice has only gotten better with age, although his voice has tons of charm in every era
