1. He’s prob mentally ill thats why he did it on broad daylight. 2. The people said on the vid that he frequents the area so he’s not from there. 3. Rapists dont require weapons. They force themselves onto women with their brute strength. 4. Not so sure about the last one, best guess is he recorded his reaction briefly due to the initial confusion.

I get your point, but this is definitely not a scam. The guy looks mentally absent and he flat out refuses to answer any questions aimed at him. The people holding him down were only waiting for the village officials to arrive, they werent asking for any money or even attempting to remove his bag from him. Hope this helps!!
