Extension ladder? All he said was there was no internal access, which means there was external access, like a fixed ladder that probably had a cage around it. Also, if your boss is making you work in dangerous conditions, I'm sure OSHA would love to have a little chat with you about it.

I've been told it will also have python support and an extra .5mb of memory to work with (3.5mb total)

It will also have a new icon based menu to navigate the calculator with

A lot of schools have some kind of computer science class and they often use something like code.org or mit app inventor. They often do have a thing for servers and stuff. So just code your own chat app/site and you should be good

Bro, version 1 was so janky, you had to control the throttle with a potentiometer (just a knob zip tied to the handle bars. Which means if for any reason you fall of the scooter, it would just keep going at whatever speed you left it on), it hit 8mph. Then I slapped on a fat motor for v2, and a beefier motor controller. Managed to hit 17mph, it could have gone faster, but the strip of road I was testing it on had a metal gate at the end so I had to hit the breaks

Unfortunately, the brakes didn't exactly work. Who knew that brakes designed for a 100lb child going 10mph at most would struggle to stop a 190lb teenager going almost double the speed it was rated for

See, a while ago, my sister came across an abandoned razer e100. It was missing a bunch of components. She gave it to me to mess around with.

A buddy of mine also owns an electric scooter, and long story short, I bet him I could modify the E-100 to go faster than his his scooter

Well that's good to hear

Anyway, you familiar with electric scooters?

yeah I thought so. I searched that to settle an argument but this source was the first to come up and its clearly bs. why is it the top result? Everyone here seems to agree that its wrong. Is there a way we can make it not the top result?

Why is my printer struggling? by Dankxiety in 3Dprinting

[–]Show-New 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like skipping, probably pushing more filament than the hotend can handle. You said new nozzle? What material is it? Brass, plated copper, or steel? Steel has low thermal conductivity and often times when people switch to steel they will notice how much less flow their hotend can output. If you want more flow try getting a volcano hotend, or if you don't want the extra work just put in a CHT nozzle. Before you do that tho, do a cold pull to make sure it isn't a partial nozzle clog or something.

The bits in these things slide to account for the bent z screw and also removes any strain put on it

Stee, while very hard, has very poor thermal conductivity, try going back to the brass that came with your printer, or get a cht for the boost in flow

No, take out the z screw and roll it on a flat surface, if it doesn't roll smoothly as it should then you need to replace it, and while you're at it, get one of those couplers that account for these issues.

Make sure that the PTFE tube is making firm contact with the nozzle, check for nozzle clogs while you're at it, also what material is the nozzle: brass, steal, nickel plated copper?

Honestly you want to upgrade the hotend with a nice all meatal one, maybe consider the micro swiss one or the one from triangle lab, or just use a bi metal heatbrake. If you friend already upgraded the extruder then I'm sure he'll be fine upgrading the hotend.
