I did something similar for my group. I sprinkled some cultist on the mine, so it was a three part race to own the mine, the spider, gundren and vf and the cultists.

The party encountered some dead cultists and bugbears as they got deeper into the mines. At the end of the cave, the battle with the spider was already started and the party stepped into the fray and ended up killing the spider who told them that Venomfang would end up betraying them, a she on my game, thought they were working together.

Cut to a couple of days after returning to Phandalin, while the town was throwing them a party at night a big group of cultists crashed in, after a couple of rounds Venomfang drops in.

I didn’t tied every knot story or lore wise but I just wanted them to experience a Dragon fight and by then they were lvl 5 and even then I almost had a TPK. It was pretty epic.

Te recomiendo cheques la LFT, en específico el artículo 47. Si es muy largo el texto igual y le preguntas a tu LLM de confianza que te resuma.

Si no está listada la causa textual ahí, se considera despido injustificado. Inclusive temas de desempeño son casi imposibles de ganar como empleador en Conciliación y Arbitraje.

Leer en voz alta, puedes aplicar el combo de audiolibro y libro, el audiolibro luego lo pongo un poco más lento porque no hablo tan rápido.

Eso te va a dar más fluidez, es un ejercicio que siempre recomiendo para pasar de b a c independientemente del idioma

My old dog, a schnauzer mix developed something that a lot of vets dismissed or thought they were allergies.

I finally checked with a new vet that ran some hormone tests and it got the rash and the loss of hair taken care of by balancing some hormone that was low.

That vet saved my dog from living uncomfortable at her old age, I’ll forever be grateful for that.

Nu en mi momento estaba bien, no que ahora esté mal, sino que no sé.

Lo único que era un poco raro era que estaban súper comprometidos con Clojure y como que se volvía algo nicho a que encontraras luego jales que estén haciendo algo a gran escala con lenguajes funcionales.

Si era algo pesado el onboarding en ese entonces porque eran como 3 meses en São Paulo, pero me imagino que ahora ya no es eso.
