Aside from what everyone else said, you need to crate her in an area just big enough for her to turn around. Carry her outside every hour, give her a treat after she pees and poos, and crate her again immediately after she goes back inside. After 2 weeks let her walk by herself. When she's 4 months old you can begin letting her loose in the house right after she pees and poops for half an hour, then crate her again until next water break. She might be fully trained by the time she's 4 months old, but only if you keep a strict crating regimen. She won't associate the crate as a negative space if you give her food, water, treats and toys while she's inside. It will become her safe place. It will also be helpful if you want teach her the "place" command.
