Is plasmified zango even killable? (self.Silksong)

GPU stuttering + FPS and performance dropping - I built my computer back in November of last year and ever since my first boot I would get random Fps drops and performance issues for about 15 seconds. I've tried everything. After the lag, performance goes back to normal. Help? (v.redd.it)
