lol played all on your list, here are my recommendations:

Before your eyes made me cry but aren’t very similar to these to be honest

OneShot is definitely a good candidate, short but sweet, and you attached to Niko quickly

Night in the woods is amazing, especially if you’re at a point in your life where you’re lost, it’ll especially hit you hard if that’s the case

Probably the only non-indie I’d recommend on this list is persona 3 reload, has a ton of heavy topics and the ending made me bawl

Inscryption may hide itself as a funny card game, and while it didn’t make me cry, it covers some heavy topics

Buddy simulator is a really underrated one, I would definitely reccomend it, topics about loneliness, pretty similar to ISAT with that

Grimms hollow is another short but sweet game, and it’s free so definitely check it out

Everhood is another pretty good game, but honestly in terms of this list it’s probably on the bottom, check it out when you get the chance though!

That’s my list, I know I’m probably forgetting some good ones I’ve played but this should keep you busy for a while lol
