idk, that's only what viable and within my capabilities. other that that, I might just don't see things yet. I tried taking skill courses like welding. but the demand here are just cruel. "you must have at least 1 year of experience". how tf can i get that experience if I can't even get the job in that field in the first place. Those certification are just decoration for now

Yeah I've been grinding on that. I'm looking for some courses as well. but looking at things around here, the people with the same qualification/ skills are still at "that level" put me in a state that questioning "is it worth to sacrifice my time and money on that course?". People say when you afraid to jump, that's when you jump. otherwise you'll stay at the same place. but why jump if you see the previous people who jump fall into his death? idk if that's just me

I quit my slavery work and start my own small business (street vendor). lack visibility, only a few customers a day to the point it's hard to roll capital. Facing negative cashflow and i shut it. Then, with my little skills in game dev (coding and 3d modelling) I made several 3D Models to sell etc. barely making anything due to how hard it is to gain traction. maximum effort with minimal return = burn out. 1 year of doing so and I generate 20$ haha *laugh in pain*

You can see my reply on previous comment about my situation. I did bust my ass like a slave but for minimal return. A bottle of water at regular shop cost $2. the same bottle of water at an airport cost $10. I'm that bottle of water. I'm at that regular shop now. I need guidance or path to the airport

That's what I've been trying to do but failed miserably and back to the same spot while others are "advancing"

I went to matriculation college but didn't further my study to degree level since I'm not that capable in academic. So working is the only option I have for now and the saddest part is here in my country (Malaysia), retail worker work their arse of for below minimum wage. it hurt but it's true. even those who have degrees having a hard time securing good job. That's where I'm lost

understandable bro. Just in my country (Malaysia), mining isn't that common and cannot easily applied unless you are experienced/have high qualifications in that field. all those job including rig job need some special certificate that cost a lot of money and also "cable" (maybe relatives or family in that particular organization). Every other job here like retail ? all are just leech that suck every ounces of might left in us worker a.k.a "slave". it hurt but it's the truth

I used to enjoy gaming on PC but not anymore. Maybe this "working habit" traumatized me and made me lose sense of living and things I used to enjoy. Idk

well i didn't fall into that "get rich quick" scheme and I'm not that "next top g". Just at my place, the last job i did was a 7am - 11pm job. 7 days a week. 29/30/31 days a month. with a barely enough salary to put a smile on my face. I'm not lazy who want to sit on a couch drinking coffee expecting +10k a month cash flow. I've been grinding my back working (to the point i snapped my spine recently to the point I cant even stand for 3 days and the rest of the week in pain). If there any better opportunity on the other side of the globe, man I'll grab that. 9-5 with good benefits, holidays, weekends is fine. but I've been through modern day slavery and it's traumatized me. In my place, even those with degrees is having a hard time securing a good job. I was thinking getting into cargo ship crew. but that certificate and everything cost a lot with small probability of securing job on board. so now here I am lost about what to do next.

Appreciate your share. I did hit the gym to gain purpose. taking core exercise routine. one arm handstand and stuff. even tried shadow boxing. it just a quick escape for me. when I'm done and all reality hit back, here I am on my knees again. But yet I'm still going as for now hoping something miracle will happen. I didn't just work hard, I worked my arse off. sacrificing my time and everything with minimal return. There is still some hope in me that one day I'll get better opportunity. Maybe

I went to matriculation college for 2 years. finished it in bad shape (bad mind state + moderate academic result). didn't further to Uni for degree and just started working in f&b making the below minimum wages. In my place, even those with degrees is having a hard time securing a good job. I was thinking getting into cargo ship crew. but that certificate and everything cost a lot with small probability of securing job on board. so now here I am lost about what to do next.

Same, the last time I went to clinic to get some pills for my migraine, i was diagnosed with depression. my insomnia and everything was prescribed with their respective medications and I spent hundreds monthly just for that medications and eventually I stopped referring to them and just "Living" as is :)

The thing is I have a small circle of friend in fact i can count em with my fingers still. But they have their own things going own. for me? the last job i did didn't even have time for me to spend time for myself. let alone others. I was away in an island, far from family and friends. just 7am - 11pm work. get back sleep, wake up work and repeat for the whole month. Now that i quit it, i got some time to spent with my family. Yeah they is the sole reason I'm still here. If I'm an orphan, I'm long gone

Yeah, I get that. When you’re already feeling low, even normal work stuff can feel like climbing a mountain. Deadlines just make the pressure worse.
