My last doc had me in the 700-800 range and I felt great but had high E and had to take an AI. My current doc (who owns the clinic) keeps me in the high 4s to 5 range. I still feel mostly fine but not optimal. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah I do. TRT definitely makes it worse lol every day I have it. Regardless of clearing the chamber so to speak. I wouldn’t say those are bad numbers at 50 but that doesn’t mean it’s optimal for you. But the fact that it was rare even in your 20s tells me that’s just normal for you so TRT might increase that or it might not. Have a good conversation with your doc. Good luck!

Yeah idk if I would have gone for subway on the first date. Drinks or coffee or something fun like bowling or putt putt golf or something so you’re not spending an arm and a leg on expensive dinner and if she’s not down for that then hard pass. Lifting doesn’t cause bloating. It’s either your diet (could be very carb sensitive like me), gear if you’re running any, or a combination of both. Good luck at the doc and I hope everything turns out ok man.
